Whoever has seen the second season of the Scandinavian detective The Bridge, is forever terrified of pig masks. At the freak show of Pig Frenzy, that fear is more than justified. The quartet did a cargoload of experience in the Rotterdam rock scene, but they still do not play that tightly. Instead, the pig-black post-punk of these unwashed pigs sounds like a transverse version of The Fall, Joy Division without fractional discipline, and Nick Cave rolling in the mud with a curled tail.
